One-time purchase grant for personal use on up to 3 Mac computers simultaneously. No recurring subscription fees.
Fair & Clear Terms
14-day refund policy handled via Dodo Payments if Clippio does not meet your workflow needs.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, purchasing, activating, or using Clippio ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not install or use the Software.
2. License Grant & Usage
Upon purchasing a lifetime license, Silicon Apps grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Clippio in accordance with the following terms:
- Personal Seat Limit: A single license key permits activation and concurrent use on up to three (3) personal Mac computers owned or operated by the license purchaser.
- Device Transfers: You may freely deactivate a license on an old Mac and re-activate it on a replacement machine via the in-app settings.
- Commercial Use: You may use Clippio for personal, commercial, and workplace productivity tasks.
- Restrictions: You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, resell, lease, or sub-license the binary software or license keys.
3. Payments, Taxes & Merchant of Record
All payment processing, invoicing, VAT/GST collection, and currency conversion are handled by our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments.
Prices are listed in USD and exclude local taxes where applicable. Dodo Payments is the authorized seller of the software licenses.
4. Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If Clippio does not work on your Mac or meet your productivity needs, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase by contacting support@siliconapps.dev or through the Dodo Payments customer portal. Upon refund issuance, the associated license key will be deactivated.
5. Software Updates & Compatibility
Your lifetime license includes access to all minor point updates, stability enhancements, and bug fixes for the major version purchased.
While we strive to ensure long-term compatibility with future macOS releases (including macOS Sonoma, Sequoia, and subsequent releases), we cannot guarantee compatibility with unreleased hardware or future breaking operating system changes introduced by Apple Inc.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Clippio is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Silicon Apps shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software (including data loss or clipboard overwrites).
